Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for our off-premises sales channel.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, organizations, and private events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored experiences.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity and successfully exploiting new opportunities.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for off-premises sales activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.

Job Requirements
