Job Description
- Receives, enters, and manages daily expenses (fuel, allowances, road cards, immediate waste) from various departments (Sales, Fleet, Dispatch). and compares price offers, and processes purchase orders.
- Manages agency account statements, including cash, checks, and reconciliation reports.
- Manages oil sales to employees, including stock and inventory control.
- Creates and manages fuel cards for all vehicles, resolving related issues (loss, stoppage, replacement, new cards).
Job Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Microsoft Office (very good at Excel)
