Purpose Of the Job:
This position entails providing leadership, guidance and oversight of recruitment processes, initiatives, employer branding, and candidate experience to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent to support its growth and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Talent Acquisition initiatives that balance and meet the associates and organization needs.
- Work collaboratively with HRBPs and SBUs to implement TA initiatives/strategies!
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, anticipate talent gaps, and develop proactive recruitment plans to address current and future talent needs.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and identify areas for improvement to optimize the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry networks to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness in the talent market.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8- 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of success in leading global talent acquisition initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization, preferably within the conglomerate industry.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment technologies, and sourcing strategies.
