Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing manager in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. 

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the tech industry, a strong eye for design, and the ability to manage full digital marketing operations from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing activities and strategic planning
  • Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage digital channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and website content
  • Create monthly social media content calendars and coordinate content publishing
  • Conduct media buying and performance tracking for paid campaigns
  • Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and metrics to evaluate campaign success
  • Identify advertising trends, research competitors, and contribute to innovative marketing experiments
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, ensuring strong design and consistency
  • Draft creative briefs for social media posts, blog content, newsletters, and more
  • Create short videos and visual assets for digital platforms
  • Manage and maintain the company’s WordPress and CMS-based websites, including issue resolution and content updates
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and campaign performance
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO platforms to optimize campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, with a minimum of 3+ years in the technology industry.
  • Strong sense of design, with experience in creating visually appealing presentations and documents.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting
  • Proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and marketing-related software.
  • Experience in producing and editing short videos for social and digital use
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content creation, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
