Job Description
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining materials handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and transportation methods.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize time.
- ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Plan work rotates, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
Job Requirements
- Relevant university degree.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouses Manager with minimum 5 years experience.
- Experience 10 years in construction field is a must.
- maximum age for the job applicants 45 years.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Excellent experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
