Job Description

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware , software and other systems 
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support 
  • organize and maintain IT resources 
  • troubleshoot and resolve mobile device setup , activations and performance issues 
  • offer expectational customer service and maintain strong communication skills 
  • create and manage user accounts in active directory and exchange 
  • troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft operating systems , MS office applications 
  • troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware   

Job Requirements

  • Experience as IT help desk 1 year
  • Bachelor degree in, management information system or any related field
  • Very good English
  • Ability to work in a team
  • excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • basic understanding of audio , video equipment and conference room setup
  • basic understanding of low current devices
