Job Description
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware , software and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- organize and maintain IT resources
- troubleshoot and resolve mobile device setup , activations and performance issues
- offer expectational customer service and maintain strong communication skills
- create and manage user accounts in active directory and exchange
- troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft operating systems , MS office applications
- troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware
Job Requirements
- Experience as IT help desk 1 year
- Bachelor degree in, management information system or any related field
- Very good English
- Ability to work in a team
- excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- basic understanding of audio , video equipment and conference room setup
- basic understanding of low current devices
