Brief

AlUla Music Hub is a vibrant space dedicated to musical exploration and performance, fostering creativity and

community engagement. Designed to support musicians of all levels, it offers rehearsal spaces, a recording facility,

and live performance venues. Through workshops, masterclasses, and collaborations, the Music Hub nurtures local

talent while attracting international artists, creating a dynamic cultural exchange.

History

Launched in 2023, the AlUla Music Hub has quickly become a vibrant center for musical learning and community

engagement in the heart of the Arts District. Built around key pillars—Music Education, Public Programming, Live

Events, Retail, and a Vocational Training Program—the Hub offers a holistic platform for creative development and

cultural expression. In its first year, it trained 17 local talents, equipping them with skills to support and sustain the

region’s growing music scene. Through over 100 public programmes ranging from workshops and performances to

interactive sessions, the Hub has attracted more than 50,000 visitors. Rooted in local identity and creative exchange,

the AlUla Music Hub continues to nurture the region’s cultural landscape through sound and participation.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Communications Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies
  • Understand principles of copywriting, graphic design, layout and publishing
  • Hands on social media management on all platforms and social media marketing
  • Impeccable copywriting and copy editing abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related discipline is preferred

    Candidate will lead a team consisting of a Videographer , photographer , graphic designer to delliver the following :

    Communications Manager who will be fully responsible

for the planning, production, and distribution of content that highlights

activities, achievements, and performances related to the project.

1. Content Creation and Management

• Develop a content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure

consistent visibility.

o Development of a branded monthly calendar (content

schedule and plan) to be shared 2 weeks prior to each month.

• Edit high-quality captured videos showcasing:

o Music class performances

o Special student or program achievements.

o Behind-the-scenes footage of rehearsals or events

o Related content as requested by the client.

• Provide full video production services including:

o Storyboarding

o Filming with professional equipment

o Sound recording and enhancement

o Lighting setup

o Editing, including color grading and transitions

o Adding subtitles, intros/outros, and branding (logos,

watermarks)

• Deliver final videos in multiple formats if needed for various platforms.

• Write captions, descriptions, and titles tailored for each platform in

Arabic and English.

• Develop digital content for:

o YouTube

o Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)

o Facebook (if applicable)

o TikTok (if applicable)

o Other platforms identified by the client

• Ensure content is optimized per platform specifications (resolution,

aspect ratio, subtitles, hashtags, etc.).

• Coordinate with the client to ensure regular content uploads to multiple official client channels (websites and SM channels)

2-Coordination and Approvals:

• Work closely with the the client’s internal team to obtain approvals on

content before publication.

• Attend scheduled coordination meetings as required.

• Develop content/stories/ milestones/success and achievements

storylines for music hub musicians.\

create digital marketing campaigns if needed.
