Assist in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of security and networking solutions on AWS.
Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support on networking and/or security-related operational issues
Develop, define, and maintain standards and supporting documentation while adhering to best practices
Work both independently and collaboratively with other company's and client team members when required
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, and possess a passion for continuous learning
Deliver innovative solutions in a diverse environment with shifting priorities, wearing many hats all while driving projects and tasks to completion
Transition existing workloads to the cloud where possible
Research emerging technologies and concepts and make recommendations

At least 7 years of experience in designing networking and security solutions across a range of vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, etc…).
At least 3 years of experience working with networking and security solutions on AWS.
Must have deep technical knowledge with Cisco ISR, ASR, Catalyst, Firewalls, IPS & Security (Cisco, Fortinet, etc…).
Relevant qualifications or accreditation in one or more technology areas and strong networking and security skills, preferably at least at the CISSP and CCNA level.
Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, and BGP.
Knowledge of potential attack vectors such as (XSS, injection, hijacking, etc…).
Scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
AWS Security and Advanced Networking certifications.
