Job Description
- Operational Duties:
- Enhance Operations Efficiency and Market Research:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and process efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, products, and services that meet the organization's procurement needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, price fluctuations, and new sourcing opportunities.
- Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Supervisor or Manager to contribute to the development and improvement of procurement strategies and processes.
- Gathering internal requisitions, verifying item specifications and quantities, and generating purchase orders for approved items.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, streamline operations, and achieve cost savings.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- Procurement Process Management:
- Processing requests for goods and services, obtaining approvals, and issuing orders to vendors.
- Monitoring deliveries, quality control, and pricing to ensure vendors meet expectations.
- Tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and handling order changes or cancellations.
- Documenting all purchases, contracts, and invoices for compliance and audit purposes.
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Contract Management and Legal Compliance:
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding contract terms, delivery, quality, or other matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Financial Duties:

- Securing the best terms and conditions for the company, including price, quality, delivery times, and payment terms.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost efficiencies.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Researching the market, attending trade shows, and contacting potential vendors to find reliable sources for required goods and services.

- Customer Satisfaction Duties:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Guaranty customer satisfaction through conducting satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Collaborate with internal procurement supervisor to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to review and finalize procurement contracts and agreements.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or any related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Certificates:
- Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM).
