- Researching customers, competitors, and general market to determine best content and ad strategies.
- Planning and creating content and ads for the different online platforms in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams (facebook and instagram posts & stories, website, internal and external forums and groups, Google, Search, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, SMS, etc.)
- Manage media buying campaigns across all social media and digital channels.
- Posting content and ads on the different online platforms (facebook and instagram posts & stories, website, internal and external forums and groups, Google, Search, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, SMS, etc.)
- Evaluating the effectiveness of paid ads and continually refining ads to increase effectiveness
- Initiating and responding to messages, comments, emails, phone calls, etc. before (lead generation), during, and after purchases
- Creative and delivering reports regularly and as requested
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- 2+ years of experience doing the above tasks
- Knowledge and experience with handling e-commerce websites
- Ability to handle customers
