Job Description
- Prepare financial reports that summarize or forecast an organization's financial position.
- Assist external auditors during annual report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local legislative, accounting standards, and internal controls job requirements.
- Prepare Forecast & mid‐term static budget plus modification of flexible budget.
- Overseeing a company's short‐term or long‐term investments.
- Manage and lead all relevant Finance processes, procedures, and yearly activities.
- Lead the financial statement close process and tax compliance processes, financial and management reporting, and financial systems maintenance.
- Gauging levels of financial risk within organizations.
- Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
- Preparing special reports for regulators, governmental agencies, and banks.
- Supervise control of financial risk, secure overall liquidity and funding need, and ensure that adequate cost-competitive financial resources are available for the organization in order to achieve its short and long‐term business objectives.
- Develop reports and create/monitor metrics dashboards to help analyze operations and drive action quickly.
- Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding company strategy, financial plans, new business planning, and operating forecasts.
- Review budget vs. actuals; prepare variance analysis and highlight.
- Provide and interpret financial information.
- Monitor cash flows and predicts future trends.
- Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirements deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple departments to gather required data.
- Track and analyze actual spending & identify the reason for deviation when needed, as well as related risks and opportunities.
- Monthly financial analysis reporting
