Job Description
-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
-Install, modify computer hardware , software and POS peripherals in the stores Clean up computers.
-Provide technical advice and assistance to office staff as needed
-Design and generate reports as requested
-Responsible for maintenance and backup of internal development servers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Microsoft Windows Operating systems knowledge
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Network principals knowledge ( network devices / IP Configurations / Troubleshooting)
