We are looking for passionate about Tourism Hospitality and Travel Services and you will provide tourism-related services.

  • Handle holiday packages for groups and individuals.
  • Handle tailor-made requests.
  • Preparing quotations and itineraries.
  • Handle arrangements for Tickets, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities.
  • Interact with clients over the Phone, E-mail.
  • Dealing with customer queries, and complaints, and making alternative arrangements for customers.
  • Evaluating customers' holidays and issuing appropriate feedback reports and forms to top management.
  • Carrying out clients' incoming tours, taking care of their requirements concerning the place of interest, mode of transport preferred period of stay, and other activities to be performed at the location, and providing customized services as per the requirements of each client as desired.
  • Identify and evaluate various options available for traveling and accommodation –In collaboration with the ticketing and contracting executive -and formulate the final quotation to the client under the supervision of the tourism department.
  • Arranging the tour, confirming guests’ names with airlines/hotels, and finalizing the tour program. If required, the tour operator might visit the location to make sure the client will be enjoying the best quality of service.
  • Perfect coordination with the tour leaders, transportation head manager, and tour guides to ensure that the client does not face any snags in the tour and that all glitches are avoided.
  • Handle any unexpected situation that might arise in such a manner that the goodwill of the services offered is maintained.
  • Prepare and escalate a regular report explaining and analyzing the work status quo and using market research information to guide decisions.
  • Investigating tour leaders’ favorable future trends in tourism and offering recommendations to top management within teamwork.
  • Prepare commercial invoices for the file expenses and revise them before submitting them to the department head & the accounting manager which by received tour members.
  • Handling invoices and capturing all reports into the finical system after obtaining the required approvals. 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in English and Arabic languages speaking and writing.
  • Knowledge of key holiday destinations, domestic sightseeing, and temples. 
  • Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Background experience in the tourism and hotel field as a tour operator or a similar role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or Relevant certification in tourism.
  • Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
