Job Description
- Identify and understand trends of formwork industry.
- Analyze potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Research and analyze competitors’ activity.
- Conduct market development research
- Determine pricing strategies for products and services based on competitors’ offerings
- Develop sales targets
- Develop price quotes and technical proposals
- Negotiate contracts with overseas new clients
- Manage all aspects of the business development cycle
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering OR construction management
- Graduation year: preferably 2021 / 2022
- Prior work experience in the construction field with contractor or consultant
- Demonstrated business development skills
- Knowledge of pricing strategies & contract drafting is a plus
- Prior experience in preparing business plan and conducting market research
- Ability to develop technical presentations for potential international clients and stakeholders (contractors, consultants, architects, etc.)
- Excellent command of English language both written and oral
- Proactive mentality and capacity to interact with stakeholders of various nationalities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Preferably GUC / AUC / BUE graduate or credit hours system in public universities (Cairo / Ein Shams)
