Position Overview: The Sales Administrator plays a central and key role within Asus sales organization. This position is primarily responsible for complete administration of the sales/marketing processes for the Company. Success in this position depends on superior organization and time management, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled specialist who completes tasks in creative and effective ways. The ability to identify problems, analyze information and develop conceptual solutions to complex challenges is essential. This individual takes ownership of the work requiring attention and is able to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. This position reports to the Manager of Inside Sales/Marketing Responsibilities: • Process supply chain report • Check data accuracy • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries • Liaise with the sales & marketing department to ensure timely deliveries • Maintain and update sales and customer records • Develop monthly sales reports • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
