Job Description
- Follow up on daily clearance activities at customs and ports, and works to clear goods in a timely manner without delay, in order to avoid paying fines.
- Prepare all the documents required to complete the forms of each shipment and send them to the banks with any official letters and any other authorizations.
- Review custom items for each shipment and apply international agreements to reduce customs fees.
- Send the release plan to the warehouse management on a daily basis with the position of all shipments ready for release, mentioning the final release and the shipments under release.
- Review clearance and shipping bills, prepare the local cost and arrival cost for each shipment and send it to the finance department.
- Receive the original shipment documents from the Finance Department, review them and send them to the clearance company
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of degree
- Language: English Very Good Command
- Custom Clearance material building experience
