Job Description

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks; the duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and other departments in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Manage and follow up the training cycle.
  2. Follow up on our accounts and in-store training.  
  3. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
  4. Respond to emails and other online queries and correspondence.
  5. Update information in databases to make a daily and monthly, yearly report.
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings and internal training sessions.
  7. Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proven experience as an Administrative assistant  or relevant role 
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) is a must
  3. Proficiency in writing business emails
  4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  8. Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field 
  9. Proficiency in English ( Writing and speaking)  is a must
