Location: El Basatin, Cairo, Egypt (Work from Office)
Salary: Gross basic 7,000 ~ 15,000 EGP + unlimited commission
Working Hour:
Sun~Thu:12pm~9pm Friday off
Sat:12pm~4pm
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services.
- Handle customers‘ inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on marketing leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of call centre/customer service/telesales/telemarketing experience
- Proficient in English and Arabic languages
