Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Trainer (Start Immediately) with B1 English proficiency at Raya CX in Cairo. The Call Center Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for call center agents, developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring consistent quality in customer interactions.
Job Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in B1 English level
- Ability to assess training needs and implement effective training programs
- Experience with training evaluation and feedback mechanisms
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
