- Install, manage, and operate all service requests related to AD, DNS, DHCP, SharePoint , SCCM , SCOM and file service according to the Information Technology (IT) Department SLA
- Hands experience on Cloud. Microsoft Azure is a plus
- Manage and operate VDI infrastructure
- Perform extensive troubleshooting on the above-mentioned services to keep it healthy as well as providing clear and descriptive resolution for the users
- Handle system-generated systems management alerts that may include: replication errors, DNS resolution, and service interruptions
- Provide infrastructure support for peers’ applications such as student information systems
- Support Help Desk operations by documenting all actions taken or needed in incidents and help in ensure proper knowledge transfer across team members
- Send swift and proper communication in case of critical incidents to ensure all involved and affected parties are informed
- Continuously participate in identifying technical improvements to decrease any administrative overhead
- Continuously participate in improving the internal processes to increase the overall efficiency and decrease the response and resolution times
- Work closely with the first line to ensure the agreed-on processes are followed and discuss key areas of improvement through tailoring reports and providing easy to use work instructions
- Participate actively in planning and executing platform/application installation, design, and upgrade
- Participate in the integration/consolidation projects
- Prepare reports, such as effort analysis, quality analysis, and utilization, on regular basis to ensure the best analysis for workloads according to service and engineer are performed; as well as track the teams’ position from the KPIs, service availability, SLAs compliance, and statistical analysis
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows server OS administration tasks. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Client OS
