• Meet and assist our guests with a warm welcome upon arrival and provide personalized escort and assistance.
• Assist at airports, facilitate their arrival/departure process & reiterate the itinerary.
• Coordinate the travel logistics for assigned tours and events.
• Transfer tourist groups from the Airport to Hotels and vice versa and facilitates the hotel’s process of Check-in/out.
• Pre-arrange visits to sightseeing, restaurants, and monuments e.g., purchasing tickets to museums, galleries, parks, and other attractions ahead of time if required.
• Coordinating with relevant parties such as (tour operator, operation manager, tourism head, and tour manager to ensure smooth operations for tours and full travel coordination.
• Monitoring the safety and security of guest members within tour groups.
• Keep a live journal report daily while sending a write-up, during the itinerary trip, summarizing the ‎daily experience tour as per the designed company’s policies template. 
• Providing accurate feedback from tour groups to the operations department.
• Providing the operations department feedback on vendor selection, performance, and itinerary management.
• Giving information on logistic arrangements.
• Working in tandem with Tour Operators to achieve a successful trip.
• Accompany tourists on some excursions, sightseeing, and travel points.
• Ensuring travel arrangements and stopovers run smoothly and changing routes or arrangements as necessary.
