Job Description
- Providing management and control of the quality assurance processes.
- Ensure that the required ISO programs are applied.
- Integrated management systems, compliance policy, and in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.
- Manage the auditing process to ensure business continuity Implement and follow up corrective actions.
- Responsible for improvement of quality operation quality scores by conducting the needed analysis and set up of needed actions and the follow up on their implementation.
- Matching the planned production with the actual production
- Ensuring all processes are controlled and monitored.
- Processing quality audits and quality assurance reviews
- Documenting new and existing processes
- Troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Training and mentoring technicians and other members of the quality assurance team.
- Ensure the activation of the daily, weekly, and monthly reports of quality management, production, research and development, maintenance, and procurement according to the procedures of each department.
- Ensuring methods of storing and preserving raw materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or veterinary.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance in the cosmetics industry.
- Deep Knowledge of ISO standards, ISO9001/2015 lead auditor certified preferred.
- Deep Knowledge of GMP.
- Deep Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
- Excellent in MS Office.
- Good command of English
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
