Job Description
1、Answer inbound calls and manage workflow between departments.
2、Make outbound calls to follow up and answer the customers inquiries.
3、Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
4、Answer customer's inquiries and help them use the company's service.
5、Following up with the customers by making outbound calls.
6、Responding to customer tickets and complaints.
7、Maintaining customer satisfaction.
8、Build a good rapport with customers over the phone.
9、Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
10、Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Job Requirements
1、 Bachelor degree or above.
2、Experience in customer service from 6 months to 2 years
3、Excellent communication skills.
4、Good English Level.
5、Fast typing speed.
6、Have a very good handling and communication skills.
7、Flexible with Rotational hours/Rotational Days off
