Job Description
1. Dealing and contacting with all Cecil’s international suppliers.
2. Handling all governmental institutions (GOEIC & etc…..)
3. Responsible for registering brands in GOEIC.
4. Make sure that the suppliers have all the requirements to be registered in Egypt.
5. Updating ISO and trademarks with GOEIC.
6. Following up and getting updates about our registered brands in GOEIC.
7. Following up the with suppliers about legalization process in the chamber of commerce and Egyptian consulate in their countries.
8. Contract negotiation with new suppliers.
9. Revising Purchase Order with sales department.
10. Placing orders.
11. Responsible for the whole shipping process from sending the PO until we receive the shipment in our warehouse.
12. Receiving and revising all shipping documents.
13. Dealing with freight forwarders.
14. Dealing with costume agencies.
15. Filing all shipping documents both hard and soft copies.
Job Requirements

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Fluent in English Language Written and spoken.
