Job Description

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including digital, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and offline channels).
  4. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  5. Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
  6. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing initiatives.
  7. Manage social media accounts and online communities, creating engaging content and monitoring online conversations.
  8. Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, making recommendations for implementation.
  9. Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and influencers, to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.
  11. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in digital marketing and make recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  4. Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
  9. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  11. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising is a plus.
  12. Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
