Job Description
- Conducting inventory audits on a regular basis.
- Audit warehouse receipts with purchase orders and suppliers statement.
- Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling.
- Create and maintain a detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies.
- Overseeing stock control and liaising with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams.
- Enter purchase details (invoices, vendor details, pricing) into the internal databases.
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
- Inventory valuating & pricing.
- Linking between the warehouses & customers to define the variance.
- Cost controlling and calculations.
- Responsible for any additional responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of commerce degree.
- Very good English language.
- Excellent MS Word & Excel.
- Previous experience in Retail & Food is a MUST.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles and guidelines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Prefer Experience in Microsoft Dynamics.
