BIM Modeling, Coordination, & Project Management:
 

• Develop, manage, and oversee detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP 
  projects.
• Convert 2D drawings, CAD files, and point cloud data into accurate 3D BIM models.
• Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements and 
  industry standards.
• Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve 
  design conflicts and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Lead BIM execution for projects, ensuring that all deliverables align with project goals and 
  timelines.
