Job Description
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client briefs and space requirements.
- Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and material selections.
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings that communicate mood, lighting, texture, and atmosphere with precision.
- Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and FF&E specifications for client approval.
- Modify and revise 3D models and design proposals based on feedback from clients and internal reviews.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director, architects, and VR team to ensure visual consistency across all media.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global design trends, materials, and rendering techniques.
- Organize and archive project files, materials libraries, and reference folders for ongoing and future use.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions with original and strategic input.
- Ensure all designs align with project budgets, timelines, and brand aesthetics.
- Translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives for real estate clients and investors.
- Handle multiple projects at different stages while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design work and 3D renderings.
- Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color, lighting, and spatial awareness.
- Understanding of construction details and documentation is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
