Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our PharmaConnect team. You will be responsible for testing our software, building use cases, and helping us maintain high product quality. The role includes both manual and automated testing, working closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure each feature works as expected.
We are open to candidates with 2+ year of experience who demonstrate strong analytical skills, ownership, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases and use cases based on feature requirements.
- Perform manual testing to detect bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
- Build and maintain automated tests for regression and feature validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full understanding of feature requirements.
- Document, track, and communicate issues using bug tracking systems.
- Actively contribute to improving the quality assurance process.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Ability to design comprehensive test plans.
- Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Basic understanding of APIs and backend testing.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar).
- Experience with version control (Git) is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
