- Identify & contact prospective customers, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferences.
- Demonstrate products and explain product features, provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Communicate and deal with the foreign vendor .
- Perform after sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports and keeping sales records.
- Recruit, Manage, develop, coach, control, set training plans and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, monthly sales target and KPI's target are met.
