Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative Learning Experience Designer & Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for teenagers that focus on career readiness, life skills, and future-focused competencies such as marketing, freelancing, and artificial intelligence.
This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and content innovation. You will craft engaging training modules, interactive games, and digital content for our mobile learning app, while also delivering in-person or virtual sessions to inspire and equip teens with practical skills for their future.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Content Design
Design training curricula, workshops, and activities tailored to teenagers (ages 13–19).
Research and develop creative, hands-on learning experiences that make complex concepts (e.g., marketing, AI, freelancing) engaging and age-appropriate.
Create interactive modules and learning paths for our mobile app.
Incorporate storytelling, games, and project-based learning to maximize engagement.
Facilitation & Delivery
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and camps for teenagers.
Use creative teaching techniques to deliver life skills and career-related content.
Act as a role model and mentor, encouraging teens to explore their potential.
Evaluation & Improvement
Assess learners’ progress, collect feedback, and measure training effectiveness.
Continuously improve content and delivery methods based on learner engagement and outcomes.
Stay updated on youth development trends and best practices in education technology.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Background in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Training & Development, or a related field.
Experience in curriculum development, facilitation, or youth training.
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Creativity in designing games, activities, and digital learning modules.
Knowledge of career skills, freelancing, marketing, or AI is a plus.
Familiarity with learning technologies or mobile learning platforms preferred.
