Job Description
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop and implement innovative finishing solutions that meet project requirements and design intent.
- Conduct thorough inspections of architectural finishes, including walls, ceilings, floors, and façades, to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and finishes that align with project budgets and timelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during the installation and finishing phases, troubleshooting issues and resolving challenges as they arise.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural finishing, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in architectural finishing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
