Job Description
- Provides clear product short-term and long-term roadmap with dated milestone.
- Planning and monitoring implementation progress.
- Vendor management for outsourced implementation work.
- Identify and if needed create product use cases.
- Engage with clients to form effective case studies especially during product envision phase.
- Evaluate product market feedback by connecting with customers, sales team and support team.
- Orchestrate and develop new products time-integrated plans with sales and marketing teams.
- Assess competition & form gap market analysis for company products vs competitors’ products.
- Appraising new product ideas, sub-products and/or packaging changes.
- Evaluate & benchmark different vendors’ systems/propositions & providing recommendations.
- Work with marketing communication team to form product communication plan.
- Source marketing team with needed product related content for any marketing materials.
- Work with marketing team on preparing sales materials for assigned products.
- Identify market problems and needs.
- Clearly prepare and present product present and future plans and road map.
- Recommend appropriate events for marketing team.
- Evangelism activities and public speaking.
- Analyze product market share and work with sales team on potential growth strategies.
- Orienting and training sales people on assigned products.
- Provide pre-sales support for assigned products.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in business analysis or as a Product Manager.
- Mobile banking, E-payment or Financial services background is necessary.
- CBAP Certification is a plus.
- Product owner Certification is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge in agile process and practices and other software methodologies.
- Experience in writing user stories and INVEST model is necessary.
- Ability to use issue tracking tools preferably Jira.
- Excellent English language is necessary.
