Job Description

  • Manage an assigned sales team to search for new clients and get projects inquiries according to sectors of market classification, make contact and business visits to potential and previous clients for registration and inquiry submittals, coordinate with tendering team and PM for Sales Orders execution, Build stronger customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Receive inquire submits from clients and assign team members to start registration procedures and documentations, collect technical studies, tenders from tendering team and set sales margin accordingly and negotiate prices and offer with the client, make contract including on price/PO/technical requirements and specs/delivery dates, Coordinate with tendering team to collect shop drawing by engineering dept. as required to be submitted and approved by the client, update projects details on SAP, Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and payment collection.
  • Prepare a Yearly forecast sales plan with top management, define sales target, market opportunities of economic growth and expansion, sales reinforcement, and segmentations and set team members' yearly targets. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Above Electrical engineering Major
  • Aware of Low voltage and/or Medium voltage market /products/potentials clients.
  • +8 years’ experience in the Low voltage and/or Medium Voltage Panel industry in positions as Direct Sales
