Job Description
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Handle customers and follow up with the customer about the offers.
- Negotiate with the customer to make the best deal.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance against targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to CEO.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering from a reputable university.
- (10-13) years of Experience in the Sales of Electrical Panels.
- Salary Negotiable
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
