Job Description

Job Purpose

Preparing monthly and yearly separate and consolidated financial statements of Etisalat Misr and its subsidiaries for management purposes as well as other stakeholders.

Report To Position Name

Manage assigned staff by giving work directions, reviewing activities and ensuring efficient and satisfactory performance.
Coach and train the staff to ensure delivering necessary functional skills Review the monthly separate and consolidated balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statements (management and auditor formats) in order that the company’s financial position is accurately presented for management and for outside users stakeholders.
Review prepared monthly analytical and necessary financial reports Review monthly monitor reports for ISPs financial statements and communication with ISPs finance with inquiries for trends and variances.
Review monthly reporting to Etisalat UAE (Egyptian GAAP and IFRS) Reviews the annual financial statements to ensure their completeness and accuracy.
Maintain accurate accounting and financial records and ensure that the Egyptian Accounting Standards (Egyptian GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) are adhered to.
Monitor and maintain Etisalat and ISPs’ Chart of Accounts and Oracle General Ledger for editing and ensure proper control and monitor.
Validate new accounting treatment to comply with Egyptian Accounting Standards (Egyptian GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) where appropriate.
Smooth the auditor’s work with all other divisions and revise their audited or reviewed financial statements

Required Qualifications

Commerce Bachelor degree
Minimum 7 to 9 years Experience in external auditing, corporate financial reporting and Consolidated financial reporting.
Financial reporting Very Good Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
