Job Description

  • Create effective strategic planning methods.
  • Assist in setting schedule for project or development and flow of requisite materials.
  • Assist and play main role in setting annual plan by collecting departments’ needs and convert it to financial figures.
  • Manages daily plan follow up by having follow up records day to day and needed files for that by recording the expenses received either from purchasing section or from finance department in the annual plan.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports on ERP System (Odoo).
  • Review budget requests for approval on ERP System (Odoo).
  • Design reporting package to control review Monthly Financial Reporting Packages (budget, Forecasts, Actuals, Cash flows, Analysis Reports) & making sure they are aligned with the prepared annual operating plan (AOP).
  • Perform variance Analysis, determine reasons for these variances and proposing solutions to eliminate the variances and mitigate the risk. Ensuring all figures are accurately recorded on ERP System (Odoo).
  • Create reporting cycle accurate, efficient & easy to understand with the department managers to meet reporting submission deadlines.
  • Issue quarter reports analyzing planned expenses versus actual.
  • Presenting annual budget & monthly reporting packages.
  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes in the agreed figures.
  • Track major changes in all aspects of operation.
  • Send a daily report to finance manager.
  • Prepare, update and develop Feasibility studies for investment plans according to the management strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Budgeting and Planning Specialist
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
