Job Description
- Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Budget for cost and project cash flow models.
- Analyze project performance vs Budget and identify key cost deviations.
- Maintain dynamic cost to complete revenue recognition model.
- Track and report on work in progress and back log analysis.
- Assist in preparing board presentation financial KPIs, executive dashboard.
- Prepare reports, financial models and financial analysis reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning (construction background is a must )
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
