About the Company: Legacy, a Hassan Allam Holding company, is responsible for operating services and facilities of the Grand Egyptian Museum.

Position Overview: Legacy is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our dynamic Front of House team as Visitor Experience Specialists. In this pivotal role, you'll be the face of the museum, ensuring every visitor enjoys an unforgettable welcome. Your role is crucial in upholding the safety of all within the museum's magnificent halls.

Responsibilities:

  • Extend a warm and personalized welcome to all visitors, catering to their diverse needs and expectations.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of visitor engagement and ensure the safety of individuals.
  • Guide visitors through exhibitions, offering insights on exhibits and upcoming events.
  • Swiftly respond to incidents or emergencies as they arise.
  • Manage crowd dynamics during peak times and enforce museum policies to maintain order.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with fellow front-of-house teams to deliver a unified visitor experience.
  • Proactively manage and report on visitor feedback, suggestions, and concerns.

 

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate unwavering integrity and a dedication to delivering unparalleled visitor experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic (both verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, is valued but not mandatory.
  • Physically able and comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Ready and willing to embrace flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime for special events.
