Job Description


1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales.
2. Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other online platforms.
3. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
4. Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
5. Utilize advanced PPC tactics to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and achieve maximum ROI.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers, content writers, and developers, to create and optimize digital assets, including website content, landing pages, ad creatives, and email templates.
8. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
9. Utilize advanced data analytics and tracking tools to measure and analyze campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are highly desirable.
2. Proven work experience in digital marketing, with a focus on advanced strategies and tactics.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
4. Strong expertise in SEO techniques, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and keyword research.
5. Advanced proficiency in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and campaign optimization.
6. Extensive experience with marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other digital marketing platforms.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms.
9. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading digital marketing campaigns, delivering results, and achieving targets.
10. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
