Job Description
- Promote available properties for sale or rent through various marketing channels (field work, online platforms, advertisements).
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients.
- Negotiate terms and close real estate transactions (sales or rentals).
- Prepare and finalize contracts and agreements in coordination with the legal department.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and property listings.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of property laws and contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- English proficiency is preferred.
