Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance Zawayia Holding Group's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and a proven track record of driving engagement and brand awareness through social media channels. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Zawayia Holding Group’s business objectives and brand identity.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and build a loyal online community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor their performance, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant analytics platforms. Provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility and awareness through creative social media campaigns, contests, influencer partnerships, and other tactics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategies and real estate projects.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure Zawayia Holding Group remains competitive in the digital space.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and proactively address any potential issues or negative feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong proficiency in creating engaging content, including writing, photography, video editing, and graphic design (experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and engage audiences effectively.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry and trends is highly desirable.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple social media campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free, high-quality content.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership building.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
