Roles and responsibilities as dedicated HO Executive (Outgoing Calling):
A dedicated executive would be proactively reaching out HO at least once in 3 months, working 22 days a month and 11 proactive calls to HO each day for set of activities mentioned in Document below.
Average handling time of 40 mins for these outbound calls including prep time and closure of calls with mail and LARS notes.
Responsible for handling all queries, issues, and requests from their assigned HOs unless solved by other agent during incoming.
Build a strong relationship with assigned HOs to provide personalized support.
Roles and responsibilities as Common Support Team (Incoming Calling):
Acts as the first point of contact for general inquiries and support requests.
Handles incoming calls, emails, and messages from HOs who do not wish to speak with dedicated executives or have general inquiries. Can offer a call back from a dedicated agent.
Resolves common issues and escalates complex cases to dedicated HO executives or higher management.

Possesses strong problem-solving abilities
Displays resilience and maintains a positive attitude
Targeting individuals who:

Job Requirements
Proficiency of language Must Have:
C1 – Italian/ Spanish/ French / Russian / Portuguese
B2 - English
