Role Purpose
Provide high-level executive support to the Strategic Director, ensuring efficient coordination, communication, and follow-up on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Representation & Communication: Act as liaison, represent in meetings, manage correspondence.
· Admin & Coordination: Manage calendar, meetings, minutes, and schedules.
· Follow-Up: Track decisions and ensure timely execution.
· Strategic Support: Prepare reports, assist in planning, support key projects.
· Project Leadership: Lead assigned improvement or digital transformation projects.
· Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs in collaboration with relevant departments.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in executive/strategic support roles
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management
- High professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel to/from Egypt when needed
- Experience: 3–9 years
