Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Arabic language lessons suitable for the developmental stage of kindergarten children.
- Use interactive methods such as songs, stories, games, and hands-on activities to teach Arabic vocabulary, letters, and sounds.
- Create a rich Arabic-speaking environment to support natural language acquisition.
- Monitor each child’s progress in Arabic and maintain accurate records.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning needs and styles.
- Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to integrate Arabic with other learning areas.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ Arabic language development.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom displays in Arabic.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging atmosphere that encourages language learning.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching Arabic to young children (preferably in a kindergarten or early years setting).
- Native or near-native fluency in Arabic.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Creative, energetic, and patient approach to teaching.
- Ability to create a joyful learning environment centered around the Arabic language.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
