Job Description
- Undertakes project work supervising junior registry colleagues as required.
- Organization of the Graduation process
- Identifies and develops draft registry policy documents.
- Support the production of regular registry reports for monthly / weekly
- Supervises the registry team to produce the academic schedule.
- Maintains the publication of Course specifications and Module Directory.
- Ensures changes are published and used correctly.
- Assesses the locations for seat capacity and room facilities.
- Assigns invigilators to each room.
- Creates the Examination timetable according to the academic calendar Head of School requirements.
- Supports senior faculty members to address registry problems.
- Assists students with course structure and regulation queries.
- Develops and maintains communications with new and current students with regards to enrolment and graduation associated activities.
- Is responsible for ensuring the Powercampus is up-to-date and holds accurate data
- Identifies problems, proposes, and assists to implement solutions.
- Issues official letters to the students (Zewail City/Ministry stamp).
- Checks Registry office email daily and responds to senders in a timely manner, Provides all needed support and information to the email senders makes sure all received email messages are checked and attended to
Job Requirements
- English and Arabic Proficiency.
- Has experience using the Power-Campus system is a Must.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with high-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure with a minimum level of supervision.
- Has been responsible for the organization and delivery of registry activities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office to produce reports, presentations, and data analysis.
