Job Description
- Providing advice on technical options, patterns, trends, and solutions to our internal teams and to our clients.
- Own and deliver business analysis and requirements gathering sessions based on industry's best practices
- Designing and developing technical solutions appropriate to our client's requirements and constraints.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and data sources
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
- Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices for solution design with an understanding of Information Architecture functionality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field of study)
- Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Experience / Microsoft Dynamics CRM / PowerApps technical solutions, installation, configuration, customization and extension of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as doing the deployment, trouble shooting and production support for the applications developed
- Demonstrated skills in service-oriented design and development using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Restful APIs, JavaScript , HTML, XML, and T-SQL
- Experience creating customizations, business process flows, plug-ins, workflows, custom forms, views, business rules, reports, and dashboards and workflows for Dynamics CRM
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM security roles and application configuration.
- Experience with source control management systems like [TFS and Azure DevOps] and continuous integration/deployment environments
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, quick learner, team player
