Job Description
Provide 2nd and 3rd level admin support on CRM application
• Ensure business continuity for the CRM
• Monitor and prepare problem trend analysis, suggest permanent solution for recurring problems
• Develop GV CRM knowledge base to help fast problem resolution, knowledge transfer
• Monitor the CRM performance and provide recommendation for capacity planning and upgrades
• Benefit from GV-Vendor agreements (warranties/maintenance) to continually improve system deliverables and service level, ensure maximum utilization of GV-vendor SLA
Job Requirements
Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken & written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-handling and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in CRM applications.
Preferably with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM application.
