- Preparing point list and BMS schematic drawing.
- Ensuring BMS and LCS specs compliance.
- Compiling BMS and LCS material submittals.
- Creating a cost sheet.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of building management systems and lighting control systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
