Job Description
1- Daily Communication Interpretation:
- Provide real-time oral translation between Chinese and Egyptian staff to ensure smooth workflow, including work instructions, meetings, and training sessions.
- Resolve language barriers and misunderstandings to enhance team collaboration.
2- Document Translation:
- Translate factory-related materials, including business reports, production forms, training manuals, etc.
- Ensure accurate translation of technical terms (e.g., mobile manufacturing, electronics).
3- Training & Meeting Support:
- Serve as an interpreter during technical or management training sessions.
- Assist in translating meeting minutes, PowerPoint slides, and other materials.
4- Administrative & Operational Assistance:
- Handle basic cross-cultural administrative tasks, such as translating emails, notices, and announcements.
- Support HR in employee interviews or onboarding communications if needed.
Job Requirements
1- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4 or above/equivalent), with strong written and verbal translation skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing/technical terminology is a plus.
2- Experience:
- Prior translation experience (especially in factories, manufacturing, or tech fields) preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional language skills may be considered.
3- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT) for document formatting.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities.
4- Work Ethic:
- Adaptable to factory environments and overtime.
